TRM Labs vs WalletWhitePages
TRM Labs does not publish pricing on its own website, but it does file it with the UK government. Those filings put TRM Forensics Premium at £33,272 to £41,590 per licence per year. Here is the paperwork, and what to do if that is not your budget.

TRM Labs sells blockchain intelligence to exchanges, banks, and government agencies. Like its competitors it runs a sales-led motion with no self-serve sign-up, and its own site quotes no prices. Unusually, though, real numbers do exist in public, because selling to the UK public sector requires publishing them.
This page uses only those documents: the G-Cloud framework listing TRM filed with the UK Crown Commercial Service, and TRM's own published customer agreement. Both are linked below so you can read them yourself rather than take our word for it.
We also set out plainly where TRM is the better choice. If you are a regulated institution, it probably is.
TRM Labs lists TRM Forensics Premium on the UK government's G-Cloud Digital Marketplace at a published price of £33,272 to £41,590 per licence per year. Suppliers on that framework have to state their pricing, which is why this number exists at all when the company's own website has none.
The same listing documents a few other useful things. Support is included in the annual charge rather than sold in tiers, and comes with a technical account manager and a cloud support engineer. TRM guarantees 99.5% uptime per calendar month under its standard SLA. A two-week free trial of Forensics Premium is offered to appropriately accredited UK clients, which is a real trial, though it is not open self-serve access.
Two caveats matter. This is one product on one framework in one country, so it is not a universal price list, and public-sector framework pricing often differs from commercial pricing. It is still the most concrete published figure TRM has, and it is filed by TRM rather than estimated by a third party.
TRM's Private Sector Customer Agreement sets out how renewals are priced, and it is worth reading in full before committing. The agreement defines the Renewal Fee as the previous Service Fee plus an annual increase of five percent, and adds that this may be increased further at the company's sole discretion on thirty days' written notice.
Order forms renew automatically for successive one-year terms unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least thirty days before the current term expires. The agreement also states that the customer consents to the renewal fee being charged to the payment method on file without further notice or consent.
Late payments accrue interest at one and a half percent per month, or the legal maximum if that is lower. None of this is unusual for enterprise software, and none of it is hidden. It is simply the kind of detail that matters a great deal more when the contract is five figures and renews itself than when the product costs $19.99 once.
Buy TRM if you are a regulated business with ongoing screening obligations. Continuous monitoring of customer deposits against KYC and sanctions requirements is what the platform is built for, and we do not offer it.
Buy TRM if you need chain coverage licensed by module, which is one of the more flexible aspects of how they package things, or if your agency partners already use it and shared workflows matter. Their investigations and compliance advisory teams are included in the licence and are a genuine part of the value.
Buy TRM if you need a named vendor with a formal SLA, a technical account manager, and the procurement paperwork an auditor will expect. We do not provide any of that and are not trying to.
Searching any wallet address is free, including seeing how much intelligence exists on it. A single full report is $19.99 with lifetime access and a PDF export. Pro is $1 for the first month and then $40 a month for ten full reports, which works out to about $4 each, plus alerts and API access. Monitoring up to five wallets is free forever with an account.
There is no order form, no auto-renewing annual term, no per-seat licence, and no clause that raises your price five percent a year. You can cancel from the dashboard.
What you get for that is the identity and reputation layer around an address: names and aliases, linked exchange and social accounts, scam reports from other victims, sanctions and risk labels, related wallets, and cited sources for each. What you do not get is regulated transaction monitoring, court-ready fund tracing, or a compliance workflow, and if those are your requirements you should be reading the G-Cloud listing rather than this paragraph.
TRM does not publish pricing on its own site, but it files it with the UK G-Cloud framework, where TRM Forensics Premium is listed at £33,272 to £41,590 per licence per year. Commercial pricing elsewhere is quoted individually and is not published. Treat the G-Cloud figure as a documented reference point, not a universal rate card.
The G-Cloud listing offers a two-week trial of TRM Forensics Premium to appropriately accredited UK clients. That is a genuine trial, but it is gated on accreditation rather than open to anyone who wants to try the product.
TRM's published Private Sector Customer Agreement defines each Renewal Fee as the previous Service Fee plus an annual increase of five percent, which may be increased further at the company's discretion with thirty days' notice. Contracts auto-renew annually unless you give thirty days' notice of non-renewal. It is in their public terms and we have linked to them.
No, and we would not recommend using it as one. If you are a regulated exchange, bank, or payment firm that needs continuous transaction screening, audit trails, and a vendor your regulator already recognises, buy one of the enterprise platforms. WalletWhitePages is for people and small teams who need an answer about a specific wallet without a procurement cycle.
Ours are on our pricing page: free to search and monitor five wallets, $19.99 for a single full report, or $40 a month for ten report credits plus unlimited wallet monitoring. Theirs are quoted from documents they published themselves, and we link to each one. Where a vendor publishes no price at all, we say that instead of repeating a third-party estimate, because those estimates disagree with each other enormously.
They tell you when the intelligence on a wallet changes, not when its balance does. A new scam report filed by another victim, a newly linked name or alias, a social or exchange account tied to the address, a fresh sanctions listing. Tools that alert on transactions tell you money moved. Ours tell you something new was learned about who is behind the address.
No. There is no demo, no discovery call, and no order form. You paste a wallet address and get results. A free account adds monitoring for up to five wallets and costs nothing.
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, Solana, Litecoin, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, XRP, Dogecoin, Avalanche, and more. The enterprise platforms generally cover more chains than we do, and if exhaustive chain coverage is your requirement, that is a real reason to choose them.
